First Baptist Church of Southern Pines, North Carolina, is seeking a passionate and Christ-centered Minister of Children and Families to help lead our growing congregation in nurturing the next generation of disciples. Founded in 1879, our church is committed to glorifying God through proclaiming the gospel, nurturing disciples, and serving others. With vibrant children's ministries, strong family involvement, dedicated volunteers, and a congregation that values meaningful relationships, biblical teaching, and missions, we are looking for a leader who will partner with families, inspire children to follow Christ, and help shape a comprehensive vision for faith formation. Candidates should embrace our Baptist heritage and core values, including the authority of Scripture, the lordship of Christ, the priesthood of all believers, and a commitment to serving others through Christ-centered ministry.
