First Baptist Church Southern Pines is seeking a passionate and gifted Minister of Music. This person will lead a well-established music ministry that is vibrant and comprehensive. The candidate will need broad experience to lead a multigenerational congregation. We are searching for an energetic individual who will work effectively with children, youth, and adults to continue to utilize gifts from the congregation that will enable them to serve God through music. This vital role will work closely with the Senior Minister and other staff to align musical endeavors with our church's overall vision and mission, fostering spiritual growth and engagement across all ages.
