  • Knit, Purl, and Pray
Ladies pray over finished shawls and knit new prayer shawls which will be given to those needing comfort. This creative ministry provides handmade prayer shawls to those who are ill, in the hospital, or dealing with some loss in their lives. Baby blankets are knitted for newborns in our church family. Everyone from those wishing to learn to knit to those who are experienced knitters are welcome. Yarn is supplied. Knitting needles are purchased by the participant. Cost is $10 per person each year. A morning group of knitters continues to meet the first Thursdays of each month at 10 AM in Room 204. Martha Crow facilitates this ministry. For more information, call Martha.
