4th Sunday Early Worship Service
Every 4th Sunday of the Month at 8:45 a.m.

For this eclectic service we use the best fit of music, drama, and preaching to help people more effectively worship and grow in their faith. We incorporate a screen and computer to project music, scripture, and sermon outlines - something a little different the fourth Sunday of every month at 8:45 am!


Abi-gals
1st & 3rd Thursdays of Each Month at 6:30 p.m. in various members' homes
The Abi-gals of FBCSP invite all young women to attend their study. Call Nicole Worley for more information.


Baptist Men's Breakfast
3rd Saturday of each month at 8 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall
men's breakfastMen, come join us for a delicious home-cooked breakfast, great fellowship and an interesting program. Bring a friend! Use your God-given talent to make a difference in your family, community, state, and throughout the world. Small Group Bible Studies meet weekly at members' homes. Contact Jim Frye or Rick Allenbaugh for more information.


Caregiver Support Group
1st Monday of each month at 11:45 a.m. in Room 208 (Sept. - May)
For persons who are caregivers to parents, spouses, or others, and offers a time of confidential sharing, prayer and support. Myra Robinson facilitates this group - Please contact her for more information. (Bring a bag lunch - Beverages are provided)


Harvest Laborers
2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:45 p.m. at members' homes
If you are interested in joining our ladies mission group, please contact Dianne Greene.


Honduras Mission Trip
September 7-15, 2010
Would you like to share the love of Christ by becoming actively involved in missions? Our mission team is planning an adult eight-day trip to Honduras. This team (limit of 12 persons) will provide opportunities to build a house for a family in the southern part of Honduras. If you would like to be a part of this team, please contact Joy Wise. Regardless of your level of construction skills, we will find a place for you to help. Applications are available in the church office. I deposit of $100 (non-refundable) is required with your completed application.

Support Group Military Family Members Support Group
2nd Friday of Each Month (Sept. - May)
Time & location varies

Spouses, parents, and other family members are invited to join us for a time of fellowship and support. Free childcare is provided by FBCSP, but a reservation must be made by contacting facilitator Allison Monroe. 


Mission Action Group
3rd Monday of Each Month in the Fellowship Hall at 11:45 a.m.
All women of the church are invited. Bring your sandwich and join us as we learn ways to help those in need. Contact Alice Crutchfield for more information.

(We will not meet in December or March)


Mothers with Preschoolers
mother with preschooler1st & 3rd Mondays of each month from 8:30-10:30 a.m. in the 3-year-old Classroom (Sept. - May)
We welcome all mommies of children birth to five years old to join us for some enjoyable adult fellowship while childcare is provided at the church for newborns to 4 years of age. Contact the church office to make childcare reservations or for more information.
   


Music & Missions Kick-Off
Wednesday, August 25th, from 5:45 p.m.


Rolling Retirees Covered Dish Supper
2nd Monday of each month at 6 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall
All senior citizens are invited to bring a covered dish to share for a time of Christian fellowship. A special guest is usually invited to entertain or present information of interest to retirees. Bring a friend! Call Benny for more information.


WOW (Widows or Widowers) Event
Are you a widow or a widower? We have a special ministry planned just for you! Our objective is to make new friends and widen the circle of friendships you already have. Join us and bring a friend! Check the Senior Adult bulletin board across from the Fellowship Hall for the latest details or contact Benny Edwards.
